1. Description of Our Team
Our team is formed by four students – Piscuc Paul, Olenici Iulian, Horvat Angel and Buliga Oana – and one coordinator – Coaja Gabriela. Like everyone else in the world, we also were shocked by the tragic events that took place on the 11th September 2001. Since then we wanted to create a precise documentation for the Romanian teenagers, so they could fully understand the major impact of these events. Choosing our team members wasn’t that hard, we voluntarily offered to help our classmate Olenici Iulian, who initiated this project. We cooperated easily knowing each other for a long time.
2. Summary of Our Project
People need to understand that our project is strictly informational, having a neutral view on those events. We all know that the events that took place on 11th September 2001 had a great influence on the political, economical, social and religious overviews during the following years on worldwide population. We tried to point something really important in our project, this was the inevitability of a terrorist attacks and the destruction or social damage that it could produce. Our youth have to understand that it is impossible to predict when and where such events might occur so they have to be prepared to face these attacks.

E. Additional comments concerning your computer and/or Internet access (Optional):
Internet access was easily put to our disposal at school because we have a full schedule everyday and we couldn’t find the necessary time to work on the project. We made numerous tests of our webpage so that we would be as satisfied as possible and hopefully the site visitors would enjoy it as well.
4. Problems We Had To Overcome
We didn’t face too many problems until the finishing touches of the project. Although information was gathered quite easily, small problems occurred; some of the materials were hard to find, but in the end we managed to complete it successfully.
5. Our Project Sound Bite
As soon as the students found out about our project they were really intrigued by it and wanted to see our work and give us some advice. In the end they were real happy with what we had done and suggested students from other schools to view our project.
6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?
Our project was directed to the world wide security and especially for the Romanian population which should be perfectly aware of the terrorist danger. Our idea was immediately supported by our school because it offers information for our school's students and also for the Romanian population. Each of us, the project collaborators, had a lot to learn from this experience; things like web searching, web design, more information about terrorists and the threat they represent. We helped each other every time we here in need of it. Our group acquired knowledge about terrorist danger and we changed our mentality about this continues threat. Terror Day has had a tremendous success in our school because of its variety of information and the things students can learn from it. We were aware of our school educational system and we have learned that we have an important influence as role models for the younger generation. Internet learning has been a lot more effective than traditional methods because students can find information faster on the internet.
